During Spring Break this year I had an amazing experience meeting my long time STEM crush Dr. Jedidah Isler, a couple of new and amazing mathematics stars Michole Washington, Ranthony Edmonds and Ruqiah Muhammad AND one of the Hidden Figures Dr. Christine Darden from the book.

This happened at the DuSable Musesum of African American History in Chicago. We were able to meet a very tight knit community of high school scholars from the Adler planetarium as well who drove the idea for this event. And each of us were able to answer questions and give our perspective on STEM and the journey of reaching your goals.

It was an honor to be recognized in this way and to be on stage with some amazing people.
